Apartments and tenants

Every apartment and tenant, organised

From the first day a tenant moves in to the day they leave, Gawandy keeps their contract, deposit, documents and account in one place, and every apartment keeps its full history.

1

Set up a whole block at once

Enter the block name, floors and apartments per floor. Gawandy numbers every apartment for you, and you can change any number.

2

Tenants, owners and geraw

Record who lives in each apartment: owner, tenant or geraw holder, with contract dates, deposit, address and a close relative to contact.

3

Documents and photos

Keep contracts, ID copies and move-in and move-out photos with each stay. Only managers and treasurers can open them.

4

Clean move-outs

When a tenant leaves, the final meter reading bills them, the deposit is settled with a receipt, and the apartment gets a new invite code.

What you get

Every apartment’s full story

  • Contracts, deposits and a close relative’s contact
  • Keep contracts, ID copies and move-in photos
  • A warning before a contract ends

Questions

What happens to a tenant’s debt when they move out?

Their account stays, debt and all. They still appear in Debtors, and their payments can be recorded until it is settled.

Will I know when a contract is ending?

Yes. The dashboard and the tenant’s card warn you when a contract has ended or ends within 30 days.
