Gawandy’s Accounts tool shows exactly where your building’s money is, in every cash box, bank account and mobile wallet. It uses plain words instead of debits and credits, and keeps your books balanced on its own.
Money moves, recorded
Moving cash to the bank? Record a transfer. Received money from a shop rent or a sale? Record other income. Every movement has a from and a to.
Count and check
Count the real cash in the box and enter it. Gawandy shows straight away whether it matches, and by how much it is over or short.
Close the month
When the month is done, close it. Nothing in a closed month can be changed, so the books residents saw stay the books they get.

Questions
Do I need to know accounting?
No. There are no debits and credits on any screen. You record payments, expenses and transfers in plain words, and Gawandy keeps the books.
Is accounting always switched on?
No. Accounts is a tool you switch on in Settings when you need it. Your money is recorded either way, so switching it on later shows the full history.
